Qigong Shaking Exercise

While visiting Beijing, China in 2002 I saw a lot of different types of qigong exercise practiced daily in the parks and public spaces. One of the exercises that was completely new to me at that time was shaking. In this video, Cheyne Towers teaches a simple shaking exercise that can be done sitting down.
